I take it, that you are an American citizen, living in the United States :
If a woman is an 'illegal alien immigrant from Mexico', you cannot legally marry her on US soil. You will have to legally enter Mexico yourself, and take her along - where you can get married to her.
...While still there, you should inform the US authorities [through the US embassy] of your marriage - and formally apply for your wife's US citizenship.
...You can get her a Mexican passport in the meanwhile, clearly indicating her married status and her new surname [yours] - using which you can legally bring her again, into the United States, as your wife.
When she is finally granted her US citizenship [it may even take upto a year !], you can relax : Your future children will be born as legal US citizens, by birth.
...But this is only in the case of one 'woman'. If you have any illusions of marrying 'women' [as mentioned in your Question !], you will be arrested on charges of 'bigamy' or 'polygamy' in either country - depending on the number of 'women' !

You may be able to marry her (assuming that she has a Mexican passport-many illegals don't) without worrying about her legal 'status'. However, you may find that it will take more than a year for her to obtain legal status in the U.S. I am not so sure it will be that easy for you to get her a green card unless you know of a company willing to hire her for job skills that are 'lacking' in the U.S. She may be required to return to Mexico until the paperwork is completed.
Please do take care in this matter because of the desire of many foreign woman to marry an American citizen. The following is a true story:
-gorgeous Russian woman marries American 15 years her senior.
-gorgeous Russian woman comes to America and has child with American husband.
-after several years in America, gorgeous Russian woman obtains green card and promptly divorces American husband.
-gorgeous Russian woman marries divorce attorney, and sticks first husband with huge child support.

What do you mean how? I mean if she's here in the US just like you would marry any other woman. If she's in Mexico go over there and get married. I think you need to be more specific. Goos luck.

If you want to marry her, go ahead, marry
her. But she'll have to go back to Mexico
and wait for the proccess of legal immigration
to go through. If you don't, you'll be adding
to the problem this country already has on
illegal immigrants. I assure you, it will not be easy doing it illegally.
If you love her, you will want to do it legally,
pay the required fees and wait for the pro-
cces to go through. In the end, you will be
proud of yourself and set an example for
everyone that looks up to you.

You do not really need a status to marry. She needs to bring her Mexican passport. The clerk of court will not check her immigration status, this is not their job. Once you have marriage certificate, submit I130 and I485 forms to get her a green card. Good luck and have a wonderful family.
P.S. Do not listen the idiots, who believe that you have to check her status before falling in love.

why?because she's desperate,or you more desperate.
women from Mexico are not dumb ,they just want better life's ,not dumb a.s.s.e.s. for husband.
they make great wife's ,and mother's ,they been raised to be faithful,and to care for their family's.
And the natural beauty they possess.
do me a favor do the right thing and make someone legal if that's your wish ,because slavery been over many yrs.

I can't understand why you would want that kind of heart ache. Get a sign and head for the border, you will have them chasing you. you will probably get the fastest one that way.
