Its all part of Bushs plan for open borders. These 2 Border Patrol Agents did not just shoot a nice guy here for a better life, they shoot a known drug runner. And yes amnesty also would work into bushs open borders plan.

Actually earlier this evening congressman Duncan Hunter took a bill to the house floor and had 72 co sponser signatures within about 15 or 20 minutes.
This is one that would give congresstional pardon to the two border patrol agents.

Whether congress actually can pardon someone is a bit fuzzy where the law is concerned. But he was pushing it nonetheless and said they would hope to have lots more signatures tomorrow.

I heard him say that hopefully Bush will pardon them and they wont have to explore whether congress can pardon someone with the supreme court.

( on that note I think that with a superior majority vote I think congress should be able to pardon )

Boy you did hit a nerve.
I have signed petitions and sent letters to the white house, sometimes daily. The one way to get me on my soap box is to just mention this terrible injustice that has been done to these men, their families and to us the people of the United States.

FOR THE IDIOT COMMENTS: READ THE FACTS BEFORE YOU COMMENT, YOU WON'T LOOK SO STUPID.

The site below is the address to sign the Grassfire petition to free the border patrol agents.
The second address is to the white house.
The third is the latest fiasco: The Mexican government sent a diplomatic note to the United States on Tuesday protesting the fatal shooting of a Mexican immigrant by a U.S. Border Patrol agent. Yes another one

WE All Say Amen Amen Amen and Amen To that One! The dummy they caught should be put into jail not the other way around. It seems the whold entire system has gone insane and punish the wrong people everytime.

Illegals get away with everything, get immunity, welfare, can take your identity and nothing is done. I fear if something is not done quickley there will be a Civil War over this very thing!

Questions on this subject never tell both sides of the story. The questions usually throw out terms like "drug dealer" and "protecting our boarders". It really doesn't matter if the guy is a drug dealer. If the officers shot him in violation of the law and BP regulations then there is no reason for them to be pardoned "for doing their job". Their job only involves using deadly force when absolutely necessary.

America entered the first world war because they thought Mexico would help Germany mount an invasion (the Zimmerman telegram) among other reasons.

Today the stupid government decides to open the borders.

I believe that normal "joes" of this country need to get a petition or something started to get those border guards out of prison and pardoned. They were doing their job, they nailed a drug dealer, and our government just stabbed them in the back. My only question would be which government agency filed charges against them anyway, that is the first level that needs to be dealt with.
