if you traveled to any country is in your own intrest to learn their language for communication.But let not forget that when Britain and France colonize part of the world they impose their language on the people without their wiling. In africa for example there are about 2000 defirent languages non is use as an official accept (amharic)in Ethiopia as it was never been colonized.what i want to say is that they should learn the language that the native people speak. Ok, let say we now in a modern svlse wrld i met a brish man who's being in Saudi arabia 4two yrs the only arabic word he knew is (MARHABAN BILMIMLAKA) IS mean welcome to the kingdom.PLEASE DONT BE OFFENDED I LOVE ENGLISH

I just saw flags of Mexico, Pakistan, India, Ukraine, Somalia & other flags that i have no idea from what other countries. Why were they not waving our American flag ? Also, they left littered streets , urine & sh*t all over the streets & allies of the city. Do they want to belong to America or they want America to belong to them ?

I spend my last holiday in Miami with my gf & neither one of us speaks spanish. We had a hard time in Miami cuz Miami is taken mostly by Cubans who colonized it & refuse to speak or learn english. I felt like a foreigner in my own country & to make matter worse ,i was almost beaten by a group of Cubans for not knowing spanish & how dare i was & my gf to pretend service in english.

I am truly getting sick with ignorant people classifying all illegal immigrants as Mexican. Dirty mexicans and the list goes on. Saying that they are innately criminals? What then does that make the people who break laws every day in the U.S? It makes the majority criminals. It is just so short sighted that's all.

I've noticed a link between how blacks were treated as slaves. They weren't even referred to as real people. Inferior. Innately dirty and criminals. We all know this isn't true, yet you see people reverting to our nations horrible racist roots.

If you are racist you don't belong in Yahoo answers extolling how people who come to the U.S. out of necessity to work and support their families across "political" borders - dirty and criminals. I think racists are dirty and criminals. On another note, many immigrants are not from Mexico at all. And yes some racists will say "what's the difference?" Well my friend how would YOU like to be called a non-american?

thats what many of you might be wondering right? well there is this little law here in the US that states, that all people working here legally or illegally must pay income taxes, how can you pay taxes if illegal? well you get this number identical to a SS number called a ITPIN *indivial tax paying identification number* you can get one regardles of your legal status. So know do do guys belive this or are you all going to boo me for actually stating a fact, hell go and search for it in the IRS website or whetever but thats the law. so did you guys knew that?

I have been living here for 7 years now since my father is working here on contract. All my relatives are In America. I love and remember America all the time, especially now that Australia has turned their faces away from all the humanitarian things they have learned through the years. This time it is the blacks or Asians. One of their political leaders (Pauline Hansen) is claiming that she will see to it that all African blacks and non-christian people are removed from this country when she will stand for election next year. And I know you have to live there for three years before applying for citizenship, correct?

Canada has double the percentage of immigrants as the USA. Canada is more liberal towards refugee claimants, too, and most Canadian immigration officers at its borders ask far fewer questions of arrivals. It's southern border is far less patrolled and fenced than the USA's with Mexico. So why is it that Canada does not suffer the same or greater degree of problem of having massive numbers of illegal immigrants as does the USA?

Do you think citizenship should be earned by all who live here? Example: Person A: Not born on US soil, no criminal background, hard worker who supports a family here in the US.
Person B: Born on US soil. Has no job (not due to a disability or otherwise acceptable circumstance) does not support a family, and is supported by the government. Who has more right to be here? Would implimenting this be eliminating certin rights? Would this be something for the US to concider?
