The constitution doesn't discuss immigration. Congress has the right to write laws regarding who merits citizenship, which they have done. Try visiting Congress' or the DHS' websites to find out more.

How's this...
Read the Constitution yourself...not only will you find out if/where it talks about that...you will also learn a lot.
Read the Bill of Rights as well....I think that both of these documents should be a requirement for every person in the US...then maybe people wouldn't be so quick to give away all of our freedoms in the name of "safety".

So why would I want to do your leg work on finding the answer? I mean, I would have to do the same dam thing you would to find the answer, so you just use that little search bar and find out for yourself. . .
