I married a man from England in Feb. I am currently living with him in England. I am not able to work because I am here only on a travel visa (6 months.) We will be moving to the States when our paperwork moves forward.
First question:
1. What can I do so I may work within England until we move back? Is this process easy and fast?

2. How long will my hubands J1 work visa take?

3. When we have children in the USA, I know that my children will become American Citizens, but, will they have duel citizenship in England?

4. Where is the best country to consider having my children?

hi, i have a question on the classifications of us citizenship.. what's the difference between the citizenship at birth and the citizenship from immigration? do they hold different rights? what if the person was born aboard to us parents, does he/she have the same right as an us born citizen? how about us citizen born abroad and the ones get the citizenship from immigration?

I don't care if they are green, or purple. They come over here and go to school free hospital for free (I can't). and don't pay taxes. The only people that binefit a little from them is CA and FLa. not the rest. But it is exploitation of cheap labor too. Tacos at places such as Taco time, Taco Bell, Taco King etc improved since we have so many illegals in the USA now.......and do Mexicans eat at these places since these places dont sell taco such as Lengua, Cebezar etc

when about 84 percent jail immates are non-hispanics whites and non-hispanics blacks .

hispanics are the most likely to go to jail than any other group , this includes legal and undocumented hispanics .

the 15 percent who are hispanics are counted all together and many of them are legal citizens from cuba and puerto rico .

white Americans had become the majority on jail , the white population in jail keeps growing each year .

note : i do not agree with a legalization of any fellon but one as i said the hispanics are the most likely to go to jail and second the actual numbers are not as huge as anti-immigrants paint it .

there is also another factor which is that many of them are in jail because they re-enter USA illegaly . there is not comparison between a rapist and a undocumented which can only be blamed for being undocumented .

The home builders in the area in which I live are all publically supporting the Republican candidates (and donating lots and lots and lots of money to them) Now for the best part--a few of them have recently been nailed for hiring illegals! Does this mean that the situation with the illegals will never end? Are these donations ways to ensure that Congress will not act on any legislation that deals with illegals? Let's face it, Republicans have had control of both Houses of Congress and the Presidency for the last few years. There has to be a reason that they haven't fixed all of the countries "problems". Personally, I think it is because of donations such as the ones by the home builders. So, am I right?

First I need to get this straightened out: Why do you all think that the illegals should stay in Mexico and why do you insult them? What have you done to be able to insult them? Did you fight for this country when the people were revolting against Britian? Did you bleed for this country? Did you die beleiving in your rights? No. You were just born here, you may not even deserve to be here, whilst immigrants risk their lives to earn what they want. Shouldn't that be a good enough for them to stay here?

It's funny how I always see a lot of hate topics toward illegals...not LEGALS, right? I would like to see some of them talk back at those who wrote trash about them. Is it because of what they are saying is right, illegals? They can't see you and you can't see them so why won't you set the record straight? Wouldn't snipers work better?
