Maybe. If he was caught working at a job that Americans are to lazyy to perform or lack the talent to perform. Most likely you would be the illegal alien compared to him. Do you think pink elephants are endangered species? What a stupid question. Was he a frostback or a ******* bigfoot? Or a native American bigfoot? Which country is he in? If he's in the U.S., I think he's okay. But in Canada or Mexico, he'd probably be illegal.
