australia in recession?

my friend wants to migrate to australia,she wants to Do her MBA and work, but her migration officer had advised her not to as Australia is in an economic recession..... does this affect the migrant workers alot? will there be no jobs available?

Australia even when in recession offers jobs to many and do not be dismayed about its economic status. Seeking a job provides many opportunities and adventure. Just do it!

Australia is not in a economic recession at all, in fact weve never been better off as Australians. So just do it!
