If you take the Constitution of Mexico and you read it you will find that they have a lots of rights and protections but... Their Constitution is to protect their citizen from foreigners, if you are a foreigner you don't have rights, Mexican will go over you. Mexicans come first for any thing in Mexico. But the government is so corrupted that the citizens don't get what they deserved. When the citizen of Mexico start acting and demanding more from their government, then things will get better for them.

They have plenty of rights...IN Mexico. Or, they would have, if they'd start participating in their own government, instead of trying to worm their way into ours...I think our immigration policy should be on a par with Mexico's. Fines, jail, etc etc etc. Also, when's Mexico going to start paying back all that foreign aid we give em? Or, are we going to see it get written off A-gain?

Mexico needs to build roads, schools, and hospitals, and homes, IN Mexico, where it's needed. The Mexican people need to get behind that idea. 'no mas' to illegal immigration...

More rights than US citizens do. They have the Hispanic Caucus of the Democratic Party and the ACLU complicit in their crimes. They can get benefits that you, as an American citizen, can't.

Or did you mean in MX?

Written, maybe the same as America or more. Done, not many. Death sentence is prohibited down there but it's the country with most murders from the mafia in the world.

Their rights are pretty similar to the American people rights
The difference is that, if you want to have access to your rights, you need to have the money to pay for them
