when about 84 percent jail immates are non-hispanics whites and non-hispanics blacks .
hispanics are the most likely to go to jail than any other group , this includes legal and undocumented hispanics .
the 15 percent who are hispanics are counted all together and many of them are legal citizens from cuba and puerto rico .
white Americans had become the majority on jail , the white population in jail keeps growing each year .

note : i do not agree with a legalization of any fellon but one as i said the hispanics are the most likely to go to jail and second the actual numbers are not as huge as anti-immigrants paint it .
there is also another factor which is that many of them are in jail because they re-enter USA illegaly . there is not comparison between a rapist and a undocumented which can only be blamed for being undocumented .

katsulow says they are a 57 percent
and machiko says they are 17 percent but says that hispanics are a 2 to 3 percent .

however, most of these anti-immigrants just love to be cynic and point out crimes involved by Hispanics. Hispanics are not the majority in jails. Their ignorance and lack of logic blinds them from what's really going on.

Votes in a near election.
In a country the size of America, if some minority was a majority in a jail population it would be of serious concern to the people.
Been there, done that, counted the incarcerated by race from the inside. I found NO prejudice by race other than spin outside a cellblock. Took getting arrested, but that's life.

People say this because in certain parts of the US (particularly border states), the statement is true. Please do not attempt to justify their criminal behavior by comparing it to other criminal behavior. That is just silly.
Get rid of all of the illegal aliens (regardless of the race of the illegal alien) and all will be much better in the US.
It is just the way it is.
