Asking them for their green card is against the law.
i am sure if they are successfully working in the US and have a US DL then they are also voting.
All of their children born in the US are American citizens and can vote when they become of age.

Where did people get the idea that illegal immigrants can vote?

They cannot vote legally. Some people say they are but everytime they say how many people (%) voted during an election it looks highly unlikely.

Maybe if US citizens would actually get off their sofa/desk chairs and actually go out and vote for a change things might be different. It's awefully lonely during election days.

Head out to your local county flea market and track down the "document dealers." Once you have the the illegal documents you can do pretty much as you want.

Why do you think we should refer to "illegal immigrants" as "Criminal Immigrants?"

Because they are criminals as soon as they cross the border!

Criminal:
One that has committed or been legally convicted of a crime

Immigrant:
a person who comes to a country where they were not born in order to settle there

Not legally. When you register to vote, you must declare, under penalty of perjury, that you are a citizen of the United States, and of the state in question, and have not had your voting rights revoked because of conviction of a felony.

Well, they are not supposed to. However, alot of them have fake I.D.'s.

However, some libs want to make it illegal to ask for ID at voting booths. They say it is an invasion of privacy. They will sure be voting then!!

actually they can legally vote if the state they are voting in says they can. there is no legal requirement to be legal. its up to the individual state. i dont believe any does allow illegals to vote at this point, , , but i wouldnt put it past a largely democratic state, , , to insure a future win, , , or one concerned about losing their current power status.

I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to vote in any government elections for a country in which they are not legally citizens.
