It's funny that you like to twist the law around to benefit yourself and these criminals - Facts are facts - They broke the law.

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or

Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or

Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.

Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

and see that leglal Mexicans have a almost 50% highschool drop-out rate. and illegal Mexicans even more. Not the mention the fact that Americans were paying for that wasted education and not the shameless illegals. If you are such hard workers don't you think that finishing school would be a priority.....well a lot of them have a kid before they graduate too.....you should be proud of that

A person where I work was told at the immigration office, she could wait until the day her work permit ran out to get a new one. She agreed she'd come in that day (in November) to renew. Now she has to go on a business trip and can't. She tried to renew her work permit quickly (which they said she could do earlier), and she was told the rules changed in September and it would take a long time. She doesn't have a long time! She did all the right things, and now finds herself just a month away from no work permit. Is there someone to contact for such things? She is a great worker, a scientist in a "green" company.

I saw these kids passionately speeking out against the 'Hitler' mentality of those who want to control immigration saying that those people are not welcome in New York. Is it just me or does this sound like a 'Hitler' mentality. If you don't agree with us your not welcome. Grow up kids !!!!

it's just one of those things where you want to say that humanity is going down the tubes...Illegal supporters are anti american...no sorry anti WHITE American and WRONG. They think becuase they are brown they are gods gift to anything they grace. Pride is ALWAYS the root too EVIL RACISM . The KKK started as a white PRIDE orginization ..not a anti-black one. If you are over-prideful for your race are ethnicity..you are already halfway to a full blown racist....this is how it works. Don't give in to these people..and don't feel quilty for being white....Pride is the evil trait that anti-american (latino) orginizations like La Raza are overflowing with. Racial pride is stupid. Nobody can control or contribute to what race you are..you are given that..so in affect it only breeds ignorance...if you really think about this you..will see where I am coming from...White Pride..Black Pride .Brown Pride....all ignorant ..mindless movements

Mexican/Texas Border- do we really need a fence?
I feel we need federal reforms to process the people for "work" or personal reasons. I feel that all foreign guests or resident needs to submit upon entry photos, fingerprints, DNA sample need to be entered into a international data base. Criminals or criminal actions be detained on the spot and assets seized-American or foreign. How do you feel? Native Texan- I love Mexico-they are not the issue-its the others that would "use" them.

I heard some people on the radio get really offended now that it may be required to show proof of citizenship to vote in all upcoming elections, Do you believe this is racist or a valid request. And do you think it is inconvient to have to show proof?
Personally I dont think its inconvient but thats just me.

excuse my english
there is a kingdom.a wise king has ruled the kingdom for a long time.he has a very talented advisors.but one day,the advisor commits a crime.he's put on trial, convicted, thrown into jail. The king often visits him,and hears his advice. The other advisors ask him:"your majesty, why did you listen to the advice of a criminal?".The king aswers:"i know he violated the law.but i also know his ability.i visited him and he gave me good advice.i punished him to show the people that the law must be respected.i listened to his advice to show them that i love talented men.i encourage them to contribute, i give them a chance to learn from their mistake.so when the advisor's released from jail,he will be my top advisor again. My kingdom is the land of opportunity for those who respect the law"
you should make the illegal aliens decide :be punished or be deported
those who accept the punishment can stay and have opportunity to have citizenship
those who refuse will be deported
