Grow up, i hate spiteful people like you. The fact that he does no want to be with you does give you the right to be a super B. You find out in life that this kind of behaviour also hurts you in return. You never know maybe hes got something on you. You can just call INS. But before you do that, make sure it's really what you want to do. You may just be very hurt right now, and will feel guilty later.
Why not get one of your friends to dress up like INS and go to his house and scare him, LOL
