I'm White and I give up. Who's going to pay for my welfare?

This working 6 to 6 dosen't sound as good as sitting at McDonalds and getting a welfare check and free meds.

I wonder the same myself because it's NOT set up to benefit those who need it most. Being white is a just about guarentee you won't......on anything. My daughter qualified FINANCIALLY for college aid and was refused because she's white. I don't begrudge helping the poor one bit but let it be all poor. Being white is no guarentee of wealth and prosperity.....we have poor too. I surely don't consider an illegal family driving a brand new 45,000 truck a "needy" family when we have homeless in our own country. They used to have housing rules where you were not allowed to have multiple families living in a single dwelling or you'd be charged with neglect, let alone welfare fraud. There won't be and isn't help for Angelo's anymore......remember we have to continue to pay for injustices done ions ago to everyone on earth, even though we didn't have a darn thing to do with it and have done everything we can to help fix it. For as far back as I can trace......no one in my family was ever rich....we suffered alot of the same injustices and lack of oppertunities poverty brings to every person........it's racism in reverse but no one wants to see that.

I completely agree you.... I am a white female American citizen. I have a small child. I got laid off from my job after almost 8 years of making pretty good money - now I get a very small unemployment check - $250.00 a week, so having a hard time, I applied for food stamps and Medicaid to help and was declined. If it wasn't for my family I would be homeless right now.. there is no way to support me and my son on only $250.00 a week, not to mention your two weeks comes every three weeks, once you claim your weeks and stuff. There are so many laws set up to help minorities, for our past problems but who ends up hurting in the end. Everything should be fair all the way around, we are not the society we were back then.

And what does your being white have to do with anything? I am sure that there are more white americans on welfare than any other race....or wait a minute, does Feed the Children not count?

I don,t believe it good not to work for what you get. I was a single mom for a long time and did not get welfare for myself our the children i took care of them all by myself and taught them that nothing is free.

Don't forget free housing and food stamps- bulk cheese, peanut butter if you're lucky you can even get free transportation to the welfare office

I understand. Much of our 'help' programs devised since the 60s are race and gender based. They should be based on income alone. They have been taken over by special interest groups--that's why.

White single people without bunches of illegitimate children can't get much help. Notice all the homeless whites living in the streets. You don't see any minority families living there as they get free rent and free food and everything. The kids get three breakfasts too. They get WIC for free cereal and breakfast foods and then they go to preK and get free lunch and their parents get food stamps on top of that.

JUST GIVE UP SET AT HOME AND WAIT FOR YOUR WELFARE CHECK LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER WHITE PEOPLE DO.

Only people who are eligible for welfare receive it....Are you eligible...Are you an American Born Citizen....because you have to be. Free Medicines from whom. Medicaid is a Welfare benefit....u have to be a citizen.
