That all depend's on your honesty, something that is questionable at any rate as your question is due.
Just deny having an conviction's on your declaration. If you ever declare it you will never get into the State's (like who want's to anyway).
Justice and immigration are two different hand's.
Usualy in government the right has no idea of the left's action's.
Should you be honest, the answer is No you will not have trouble re-entering the Uk from the Eu.

They may have to tick another box on the immigration form, assuming they complete one. However, I dont think anyone gets arrested for shoplifting anymore. It's part of Labours re-distribution policy toward the poor and other victim groups.

I hope so too. You overstepped the mark of your "host" country by thieving. Leave the UK and start a new life in your own country. You don't deserve to be in the UK.

have a look on the official immigration website:

http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk

most visas forms ask if you are a criminal. If it is recorded then you might be blocked from re-entering or if yuo are lucky just asked a few questions at the airport.

Try not to shop lift!
