There is nothing wrong with LEGAL immigrants holding onto their heritage. During the early years of immigrations, they came through Ellis Island more than willing to learn English and adapt to the culture of the USA>
The problem is with the ILLEGALS who come here demanding we cater to their whims and wishes and not willing to change. This is what we are now facing. For the most part, the Mexicans are not willing to learn English.. they want us to teach in our schools in Mexican, they demand mexican speaking people at our utility companies, banks, etc.
They have not thought of assimilating into our culture. Arnold at least has. I do not agree with him on everything, but he is dead right on this.

I don't get the Arnold thing. He has shown more than once his "Racism" colors in his actions. Now in words also. I venture to say that he will never be governor again. He stabbed the Hispanics in the back once, when in fact they only voted for him due to the fact that he was a wonderful actor, now he is trying to court them again in hopes for their votes....I hope they are not that stupid. I thank my lucky stars that Arnold is not a natural born citizen .... so therefore will not be eligible for the PRESIDENCY of the USA.

I agree, he is still hanging on to his 'accent'. My opinion of Arnold---is a narcissist and very dangerous. He raised tuition so high that some student cant afford to stay in school. This idiot is worse than Bush!
