She has as much a chance as you have of being related to Amin.
There are millions of people of German Descent in this country. Many of our country early settlers were German. And probably the most peaceful. It was the Dutch mostly who brought the Africans here as slaves. Now they are the most Liberal country in all Europe and would find that appalling, I am white but not of either dissent. I gather you don't like white people and while I understand we would all heal with a little tolerance on all sides.

I'm German but not related to Hitler,he was dark eyed and with dark hair,he was not an Aryan German.I am blue eyed ,natural blond and fair skinned.No I'm not related to him in any way.Are all Hispanics related to
any famous villains?I am related to Vlad in some strange way but not Hitler.
