it's just one of those things where you want to say that humanity is going down the tubes...Illegal supporters are anti american...no sorry anti WHITE American and WRONG. They think becuase they are brown they are gods gift to anything they grace. Pride is ALWAYS the root too EVIL RACISM . The KKK started as a white PRIDE orginization ..not a anti-black one. If you are over-prideful for your race are ethnicity..you are already halfway to a full blown racist....this is how it works. Don't give in to these people..and don't feel quilty for being white....Pride is the evil trait that anti-american (latino) orginizations like La Raza are overflowing with. Racial pride is stupid. Nobody can control or contribute to what race you are..you are given that..so in affect it only breeds ignorance...if you really think about this you..will see where I am coming from...White Pride..Black Pride .Brown Pride....all ignorant ..mindless movements

No but this post depresses me.

I am white/Native American I don't take pride in that it is how I was born not something I earned or worked for.

But as far as I can see your humanity has gone when posts like this are written.

I don't understand why you asked why. I think I explained why.

In your added comments, at the end, you stated that this does make you angry but if you said that you would be a racist bastartd(spelling?). You stated that depressed is preferable, as it feels "peaceful".
TIP: Depression has many symptoms that affect your life in various ways. However, feeling "peaceful" during depression as you state you are, is contradictory to this illness. If it were symptomatic, there would be no need of medical help or treatment due to the priceless feeling of peace within yourself and millions of Americans would be free of medication and psychiatric treatment and adjustments to behavioral health. Remember, it is important to take your daily medication regime your physician prescribed to control any manic/depressive episodes and to abstain from alcohol. Also, many people prone to depression enter difficulties when the season changes toward the cold Winter months, especially in the upper Northeastern states.
As far as answering whether pro-illegal demonstrations make me depressed, I have to say no. I have never witnessed a pro-illegal demonstration and if I should come across one I wouldn't have the time or energy to be anti- or pro-immigration because I work outdoors for a construction firm which constructs and reinforces freeway highways and my co-workers would not appreciate me watching a demonstration about illegal immigrants when the majority are legal immigrants who labor 9 hours a day 12 months a year and earn $35/hour operating heavy equipment and are very intolerant of white men such as I who didn't have to earn citizenship, learn English or be a high-school drop-out like me whose family owns the construction company and basically gave me a high-earning position without experience. So if someone feels proud and deserving of respect to their fellow people and wants to express it, I have no problem with it because I am an American born male citizen who also feels I have the right to freedom of speech and peaceful demonstration. I understand where you're coming from, though--you don't feel like you have anything to be proud of with your own citizen status, which is unfortunate, but understandable given the fact that you suffer from bipolar affective disorder. Hope you feel better soon and remember, "Don't sweat the small stuff"--after all, this is just Yahoo Answers not the doctor's office couch or a confessional. Gotta take time to smell the roses too. :)

No! So whats wrong with Brown Pride, Black Pride or White Pride. People are proud of their race and ethnicity and it good to be proud of who you are. As for those AZZ Holes marching and demonstrating I hate it. But it is their right. ( the pro-illegals) But when you have a bunch of Illegal Aliens here marching and demonstrating in our country demanding rights that their own country denies to other legal immigrants it just P!ss'es me off. Let them fix their own country and get the hell out of this country.

No, and when Mexico takes offense at our building a fence to seperate us i just yawn.
And when liberals mock the fence idea, i just giggle.
And when George Bush was governor of Texas and did nothing about illegal immigration I just laugh.
But when McDonald's gets my order wrong and I have to learn spanish to ORDER i get so pissed I could just VOTE.

Both parties have betrayed the citizens of this party. do NOT think one or the other is scot free. They are both lying as is the president about the illegal situation.

i do not know WHY... but.... its probably NOT an accident.

Why do you think the majority of illegals are protesting? When have you seen 20 million illegals protesting? Its just a few radicals trying to stir the pot....The vast majority of illegals are NOT protesting, get real!

Another thing, why would it depress you?? If something so minuet depresses you, perhaps you should get on anti depressants to help you cope, ridiculous....

Depressed? No. Ticked off? Yes.

Look, I'm not against immigration. I'm perfectly happy if our Congress and President decide on whatever immigration policy they want. Let'em all come in, prohibit them all, whatever. It's all OK with me.

But once that policy is set, the gov't should actually enforce the policy and our borders. It really is that simple. To not do so has too many negative social, economic and national security implications.

Not depressed, pissed. But, you better get used to it. Sociologists are saying that the Caucasian race will be extinct in about 100 years. Not breeding enough. Those that are are too stupid to be of any use.
