that Cristobal colon (also known as christopher columbus) spoke spanish. Just answering the question that some ppl were asking, of what was the first language in america: 1st native american,then spanish,then english. we have been together for 1 year, he has had stable employment, owns his own home, treats me like his queen, Ladies, this man has earned my trust, and is my friend. Now, with the whole immigration debate, I dont know if he is truly who he says he is, should I escort him to immigration, or should I continue to go on with my everyday life???

I know you come to USA for better opportunities. This I agree to and I am all for immigration. What I don't like is ILLEGAL immigration. Why do you think you can bypass everyone else who is waiting in line to come here legally? Why do you take advantange of free medical care and drive our hospitals out of business? Why do you drive our roads without proper insurance? Why should your children born here be considered American? Why do you come to America and still show the mexican flag at protests? Why do you speak spanish instead of learning english? Why don't you protest in your own countries like you do in ours? Why do you register to vote even though you are not really allowed to? Entering illegally is breaking our law, why should we not put you in jail or deport you and charge you with a felony? These are good questions asked in good faith... i just want to know what you're thinking?

Dear President Bush:
I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.
I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. All government forms need to be printed in English.

4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.

5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.

7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.

9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.

13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely. However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail hunting with your V.P.

We are only one country in this big world. Who does the jobs of picking crops and cleaning toilets in lets say France, or maybe England or Ireland? Do they import Mexicans to do the jobs they won't do?
P.S. Screw you if you call me a racist. I am not.
This is a valid question that I will try to bust you pro illegals saying no one else will do these jobs. Because obviously other countries are doing just fine.

According to studies in 2001 there were 4 million documented homeless in America which only accounts for aproximately 35% of the total homeless population, approximately 39% are CHILDREN, 30% are white, 45% are black, 37% are veterans and 10% are hispanic. For those of you who will try to make it out to be their own fault keep in mind that 37% of homeless have JOBS!This is really disturbing, pro illillegals will support the drain on our economy and resources with sympathetic BS, while the children of the U.S. sleep on the street. Keep in mind I went to public school but even I can figure out that if we are only documenting 35% of the homeless and came up with 4 million the total would be between 11 and 12 million homeless in America. Isnt it a little coincidental that there is aprox. the same number of illegals in this country?
Who comes first illegals or citizens of this country? Where is our loyalty? Who is next?
Will your children sleep on the street to accomodate illegals?

Isn't this frustrating to know that we have agents who are kept from doing their jobs?

They say that there is only a 15 bed facility in the lower part of South Carolina to house illegals. That they had to satisfy 89 points before they could detain an illegal!

Why is the President and our Congress hamstringing these agents??

Why are we being promised one thing after another and yet INS and ICE are not able to properly, effectively do their jobs?

If you were a rancher on the US side of the mexican border.
and you got fed up with the illegals from coming across in your land. cutting your fences. letting your livestock go free. and cut and trample your fields....

if you decided to start picking them off. from like a sniper shed.
what would you do with the bodies?

Should there be fines and legal penalties for knowingly aiding and abetting illegal aliens attempting to circumnavigate immigration and employment laws, and other relevant aspects of state and federal law? We, as citizens, are expected to abide by, and live within the law, how are illegal aliens from ANYWHERE somehow magically exempt from this? Is there a disconnect in our own government somehow as to what 'legal' means, are we back to defining 'is'?
