Go about your everyday life. I know that it can tough and uncertain, I live with that everyday. My husbands visa had ran out, and has since stayed because of the birth of our daughter. If you love him why should we allow the government control who we give our hearts to? If you turn him in your just as heartless as all these others who are against illegals.

Are you an American?

Whether or not, **what is the matter with you**? If he is as good to you as you say, do whatever you can to help him. You don't say where he's from. Does that make a difference? You might check him out on your own, but why would you betray someone who treats you like a queen?

Well most iligal immagrants wouldnt be with youi over a year if they only wanted you to become legal.... if you really love him and feel he loves you as well then take him to the imagration office and start working on the process of making him legal. he sounds like a good man from what you say. Dont let something on the news hurt your relationship. not all immagrants are bad.

Time for decision.

You can marry with a pre-nuptual agreement. Make sure he is not conning you.

You cna break it off. Sounds like he is hiding a lot.

If you really wouldn't mind loosing him on a moments notice, keep going as is.

I don't see any reason to turn him in unless he is a threat to others (physically or financially aka con man).

Personally - it sounds like heis a con man and a potential hazard to society.

If you truly love him, and once you confront him with this information, he wants to become legal , then help him. But....I used to work several different places that hired illegals, and they were always looking for a "wetta", ( I know that isn't spelled right), meaning a white bi--h to marry as to help make them legal. There was no love, just a desire to become legal. So I am not saying he is like that, but just make sure for your own sake!

If you have any misgivings about this man, you can not in good conscience, good faith or good sense marry him.

He is a grown up, he can do what it takes to become a citizen.

It's the least he can do for a woman he treats like a queen.

Don't feel that bad...he not only deceived you..but 280 million other people too...You cannot build a future on a lie...the lie will always catch up to you...His arrogance and disrespect towards the law has put you in a difficult position. He is asking you to be an enabler to and for his deception...

So it took him a year to tell you that he is illegal...forget the "uninvited" that's another politically incorrect term...

There are some big red flags here...you might find out that he left a wife and children behind....

You better hire a detective and get a thorough background check.....

I'm sorry, but I don't readily believe that he's illegal. Did he pay cash for his home?
If he has or had a mortgage on it, he has to be legal. The mortgage companies and banks do check your credit history, etc.
Besides.. if he were illegal and you two broke up, he'd expose himself to you taking him to immigration and he'd lose everything. Do you think he'd be crazy enough to put himself at such risk.
This sounds more like a little "test" to me to see what you'll do.

You need a new boyfriend. If he has not been forward with you about that, what else is he not telling you? He has shown he cannot be trusted. He is still breaking the law and as such is a criminal.!
