Consider that the use charged a Japanese Officer Yukio Asano in 1947 of "War Crimes" for waterboarding a US civilian to obtain information. He recieved 15 years of hard labor.

How can we do it to others?

I think, Bush and anyone in his administration who advocates Waterboarding, should prove that it is not torture by being Waterboarded for a few hours.

Just on a side note:
Everywhere I have looked up Waterboarding, says it is a form of torture.

We are an army of liberty. We fight for truth justice and the AMERICAN way.

I think we can take this beyond the Ron Paul election, one of the sheepol told me that even if hes elected he can't do anything other then end the war without congress.

WELL LETS HELP HIM

We need to find more patriots like RP and unionize and get more patriots to run for seats in the house.

"You can't win without money"

Look at all the money we have raised for Dr.Paul, we can continue,

we should all band together and pool one giant fund for a bunch of elections nation wide to take back the congress for the American people. Instead of just trying to get elected on our own we support each other.

Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, the color of your tie matters not.

Join the rebellion

Take back America

Viva la R-Evolution!!!!!!

I didn't drive. They gave me a rental car and sent my car to somewhere to fix my car. That's it. They are not paying any side money or they didn't even gave me free oil change or something. Is this right?
I'm worried about my car value now because of the accident.
I'm 21yr old so i don't have any this kind of experience.
What can I do?

The judge sentenced me for 2 years of probation, but my actual probation officer said in the beginning that I would have to call her every month until October and that'll be it. And right now I can't get contact with my probation officer, anyway I could find out the status of my probation?

My husband is going Air Force. We are still waiting for orders, etc, but I want to start thinking early. We will have to sell our house, and I know this is time consuming. We are thinking of renting it out, but not sure yet.

so really their are two questions
1) On base or off?
2) Rent or sell
50,000/house with 7,000 equity.

I keep seeing and hearing all sorts of comments about how this country isn't ready for a female or black president (i.e. Obama / Clinton) and how they would never win the vote because of their position, but are there any of you out there who would actually vote against them for this reason?

I think Haliburton and Blackwater are two fantastic and exceptional patriotic American corporations. However, both of these enterprises seem to attract more than their fair share of negative comments from lefwingers.

I also happen to hold stock in several blue chips, which may or may not include Haliburton and/or Blackwater. But suppose they were included...what then? Would you condemn me for it?

Would that cement your already negative opinion about me?

I haven't voted in over 10 years because I am unhappy with the current course the American government is leading us as a people. With each presidential candidate, I have learned that neither side has produced someone that I would like to vote for. Some people vote for candidates just to say that they have voted. They really don't care about the platforms or proposals these candidates present. Am I a horrible American? Can I just be allowed to live my life without casting my vote?

I was in Austin, Texas and my mom was taken to the Emergency Room in Houston. I know I should'nt have but I drove like a bat outta hell trying to get there since she didnt have anybody esle to be with er. Sure enough a cop busted me going 82 MPH. I didn't mention to him why I was speeding (I was distraught) all I said was I was trying my best to obey th erules. This is my First/ONLY ticket in 10 years of driving history. The cop told me I could take defensive driving but I am curious if a jury would be lenient if I supplied proof that I was in a state of crisis? Thoughts?

It seems like somehow they blamed Bush's 2003 attack of Iraq on the Democratic Congress that took charge 4 years later in 2007

This would be a stretch even for Doctor Who.

If it meant saving their lives?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071212/ap_on_re_af/algeria_explosion

Yes, I know it is a controversial question...but it is designed to make you think about what you really believe.

Look...I can understand that people don't like waterboarding...but at the same time I have hard time appreciating their point of view when they refuse to accept and avoid certain consequences...especially when they don't want to put themselves as the person responsible for securing lives. They avoid it...because it forces them to look really deep inside themselves and are afraid what they might find out.

IF YOU HATE WATERBOARDING...then please write in quotations in your response...
"You will not authorize waterboarding even if it means the loss of innocent lives"
I would like for once...someone who doesn't agree with waterboarding to accept that and stop pretending to be all goody-goody. If you are willing to accept that...then I will have respect for your views.
