These kinds brought US down the toilet by their macho, cowboy crap attitudes. Exact like their leader!!

It is just not like that; let me tell ya how...
It is not the "terrorists" they are denying rights to-- they are also collectively attempting to create laws that include average criminals--and that just does not make sence.
How is creating a "supercriminal" going to work in the real world--it does not.
There are not levels of bad; but there is the intent of malice, forethought, consider the degrees of murder charges for the most serious crimes.
This may very well be a clash of cultures; it may all just be in presentation--hence, to ponder the meaning of life?

Terrorists have no rights. They are not citizens and those that are citizens have been prosecuted according to the laws.
Counter question, what fantasy world are you living in that you would have external terrorists being given the same considerations as a citizen? How can such stupidity be allowed to taint the world?

Because terrorists have no rights. They are scum and they deserve nothing more or less than a stick of dynamite up the wazoo.
Rights are irrelevant to a slave. Just be thankful that some people are willing to make the hard choices and do the dirty work so that wimpy liberals can still maintain their rights and hold on to their pseudo morality.

In my readings and studies of the Constitution there are no references in the constitution that gives rights to anyone that is not a citizen of the United States. If I had been Bush the only order that I would have given our soldiers is that when a terrorist laid down their arms to surrender that they be given a bullet between the eyes and that would have eliminated the questions of their rights and the Libs would not have anything to gripe about.

I'd like to see you propose some..become an activist ..maybe renounce your citizenship..
