I thinking because the more Minorities we have it the political system, the more our Government seems to be corrupt, now before you think I'm raciest or something like that.
Look at most African countries where people are being killed for no reason.
Or just look at Mexico.
That country is run by organized crime, don't you dare think it's not!
I've been there, some places are nice, but I would never want to live there.
Now I’m just basing my question on their countries, what do you think?

It seems to me that there are a great many un-educated and un-informed people out there voting. I am a little scared that someone who can't find the US on a globe has the right to vote. Am I wrong?

My brother was arrested for being involved in a car accident and later released on bail. The police registered cases under 279 and 338 of ipc. But the victim has fully recovered from the injuries and wishes to not pursue the matter as he's happy with the compensation paid to him during his recovery. He has submitted an petition which has been authorised by the court withdrawing all charges registered at the P.S. But the case is still pending in court and the accused has not been given the chargesheet yet. What course of action should be taken to dispose of the matter as soon as possible.

About 3 weeks ago I applied for job and did not have any convictions or crimes committed. Well on Monday the 10th I plead no contest in a felony theft because I didn't want to risk losing in a jury trail and go to prison. I had a interview today, December 11th, 1 day after my plea. I want to know,

Will that conviction will appear on a background check within the next few days?

I believe that banning gay marriage is unconstitutional. In our constitution, it clearly states *in the establishment clause*
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...."

So why can't homosexuals get married?
And doesn't this ride the line of discrimination?

Hi, I'm 16 and today I got caught shoplifting at Macys in the state of Washington. This is the first time I've ever been caught doing anything; I have a clean record and I am an AP/Honors student. The charge was for joe jeans that were about 200 dollars and they told me if they had been 50 dollars more it would have been a felony. The people working there also told me I wasn't allowed at Macys for a year and that I would have to pay a charge for shoplifting, but I am mostly concerned about the police and record aspect of the charge. The police came, patted me down and asked for my name/address and I called for my dad to come get me, but we just stayed in the back-room of Macys and didn't have to go to the PD or anything. They told me I would get a ticket for theft and a court date. I was wondering, what am I going to be charged for exactly, what are the fees, and is there any way for me to get it deferred and not on my record?

A family member promised $20,000 to use however i wanted. I used 6,000 to pay my car and he held the other 14,000. when i went to collect the 14,000 (for a down payment on a house) he told me that it was no longer for me. What can i do with this? This was a definite verbal agreement, he showed me the paper work, told me where the money was, and even called me to tell me about a few houses that i could spend it on! and now all of a sudden he changed his mind and has no remorse. What can i do to get this money that i am owed?

Chris Matthews and his continued infinite wisdom and the proponent of "elect the guy you want to have a beer with" is now touting the virtues of making a soul connection in honor of Oprah's endorsement of Obama. Can't we get a pundit who focuses let's say on the war or Bush's mismangement and other illegal activities.
Why does the media to continue to focus on these gut level emotions instead of sticking to the issues?

The Police officer have written a statement about the evidence that proves that I am a criminal. But that evidence I have, I can prove that the statement is wrong. It was a blatant lie.

Does Having one wrong statement in police report justifies that the whole police report should be neglected by the court. Is it a perjury on part of the police officer.

I'm a registered Democrat but I'm also very fiscally conservative and have strong Libertarian leanings. In the old days I was a Republican before the Neo-con right wing evangelical Christians got a strangle hold of the party.

Anyway, my question is this - If Hillary Clinton gets the Democratic nomination, does that mean a Republican will get elected president? From what I have heard Obama stands a much better chance against almost all the front running Republicans than Hillary.

My problem with Hillary is actually the same problem I have with Bush. She is too polarizing. I think we need someone who can bring some unity back to our countries politics and Hillary won't be able to do that. What do you think?

Do any of you think if I clipped several of the coupons out that I could possibly get a new car for free??

I took law in high school and remember learning why they limit 1 per customer on ALL coupons now was because of a similar case back in the day. A woman clipped out a bunch of coupons that didn't have any limitations, took them to the car dealer, they refused to give her a free car. She took it to court and won. What do we say aboot this?

There are also absolutely no limitations printed on this coupon!
