The judge sentenced me for 2 years of probation, but my actual probation officer said in the beginning that I would have to call her every month until October and that'll be it. And right now I can't get contact with my probation officer, anyway I could find out the status of my probation?

Probation Officers are lazy, and usually will not return your calls, even when a message is relayed from the person at the front desk to return calls. It's not their job to get you to come in, or to keep you from violating the terms of your probation.
If you are having a hard time getting in contact with your PO, I would go down to the court house, and locate the floor that probation is on, and wait to see your PO. If you don't get in contact with them, and you just "lose touch" with your PO, they can violate you, and issue a warrant for you arrest because you violated your terms, I've seen it happen.
So go down to the court house, find the floor probation is on, or your local probation office, and request your PO. If you don't, you will almost certainly be violated.
Even though your probation officer says one thing, a judge doesn't determine a set time just for fun, only to be overridden by a probation officer, that doesn't happen. When someone is put on parole, does the parole agent say "your cool" and let them off..."NO', the parole board determines that.
Go out of your way to talk to your PO, it will only benefit you.

So you were being monitored by "calling in", correct?
And you did this each and every month, correct?

WHY can't you contact the probation officer? Is it because they aren't available? If so, contact the probation office and tell them you are trying to reach the officer and have been un-successful. It is YOUR duty to complete the terms of probation, stay on it until you are "discharged" or whatever your state calls it.

If you have ANY reason to believe that you should be contacting them, then make every effort to do so. YOU are responsible, they will not listen to "I didn't know."

Good luck.

Peace.

Be sure to call your probation officer so that you will not be reported for violating probation.

DON'T SAY A WORD!!!
If she lets you go early, then that is great. Right?

Also, in most states, probation is automatically up for early termination after halfway through. Unless you violate that is.

sometimes you can have probation and it considered unmonitored after so many meetings and remaining clean...you may still be on probation but not monitored unless you get in trouble...good luck...

The best way is to contact your judge. Never listen to the P.O. and while your at it, get a P.O. you can actually get ahold of.
