I am told its illegal for the CIA to spy in the USA Proper. I dont agree that it is. .but if they are posing as Drs lets say, and they dont have medical licenses.. is the US govt liable for the damage and injury caused under such circumstances? I was rendered with a false mental health and medical diagnosis by someone who was later never found to have a medical license as a DR.. yet I was forced to take medication and horrible torturous treatment prescribed.. what is my rememdy and what kind of lawyer would take this serious case?

In the UK, it is a criminal offence to posses materials deemend to glorify terrorism. Rightly so you might say, but why then is it perfectly acceptable for mainstream "urban" artists to openly glorify murder, drug dealing and other such criminal activities?

I am thinking of joining the military. I am 5 feet and need to loose a lot of weight but I know arabic it is my second language and I wanna do something with my life without feeling useless something that will help make me strong and independant and not so un happy all the time. I feel like the army can do that for me but I don't know what to do to get qualifed to get in. I am 21 and I am an American a very proud one.

I am stalked by a weird group of private persons. they often come into my medical offices and POSE AS DRs, nurses, technicians , pharmacists and other medical personnel although they are not. I called the cops in MATTESON IL when it occured recently . The officer said its CIVIL.. not criminal. I disagree. if you have to have a license to practice medicine and use someones elses identity POSING. I think its criminal. are the cops in Matteson IL complacent? Would you want a fake Dr examing you and prescribing medication. Hello, cops what if you were SHOT on the job and a FAKE DR treated you in the emergency room? Matteson polices' complancy allowed this type of thing to happen to me.. its all around the chicago area!

The zoning officer (in Scranton, PA) issued a baseless notice of violation against a rental property.

I appealed to the Zoning Hearing Board. They decided against me, and upheld the violation.

I, then, appealed to the Court of Common Pleas, and the judge decided in my favor. Not only that, but the judge criticized the zoning officer and the zoning hearing board for ignoring clear decisions by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court which supported my position that I was never in violation and that the notice of violation should have never been written.

Now, can I sue the zoning officer, the city, and the zoning hearing board, for my damages? or, do they enjoy some kind of immunity?

some illegal aliens airdropped in park forest il and steger il over the past 15 months. many live in a wooded area nearby and are accustomed to living in the wild. If they dont own or rent.. can they just stay there on public land.. unnoticed and no govt intervention? I tried to ask homeland security but their phone number is unlisted and you cant reach anyone if its to report illegals. Especially in the CHICAGO office which is the closest to us.

The British solution $14.2 mil monument inscribed with 15,530 names was formally dedicated on Oct 12 in Central England, The National Memorial Arboretum. The unique feature, all members of the British Armed forces killed since 1945 whether in training, on exercise, on operations or in battle is honoured. At exactly 1100 hrs Nov 11 as the UK falls silent for 2 minutes on its annual act of rembrance, a carefully placed slit in one of its walls will allow a beam of sunlight to shine across its central plaque. The British memorial was conceived by retired RN Comd David Childs, who was inspired by visits to Arlington, so partially inspired by that visit would it be fitting if Britain’s all encompassing memorial serves as a prototype for an American, covering all campaigns and non campaigns, or would it be too complicated a task to gather every name ?

My husband will be joining the Marines soon and I was wondering if my daughter and I will recieve any housing allowance or other benefits while he is at bootcamp. I read on About.com that we would but his recruiter said we wouldn't. Is there a different website where I can look more into it?
