Do we have any rights? it doesn't even seem that a minor can go to get a haircut with the ok of a parent....

the only right you have is to freedom of speech(oh wait, no you dont) sorry you do not have any rights yet but in a few years you will and then you will wish you did not because then you will be on your own and have to pay for evrything on your own!!!! so just o not be in such a hurry to grow up! it may suck(for lack of a better word) but it is to protect the children, that is why they cannt have any rights till they are old enough to realize the consequences of their actions.

Sadly, according to the law no. Apparently we are the property of parents. There are organizations trying to change that. Look up the National Youth Rights Association.

Yes, you have all of the same rights that your parents do, EXCEPT that you are not an adult. You do not have the capacity, legally, to make most decisions on your own behalf.
