Yes, that would be wonderful if we had one that I would vote for, or even the other way around.

It depends what they stand for. You should correct that to, "Isn't it time we had a good woman president/African American vice-president." I wouldn't vote for someone just because of their race or gender.

That sound a very powerful tandem in the white house, but gender and race are not an issue as long as effective and trustful governance is concerned. It is credebility and ability to lead.

Sure, give us ones that are qualified and not being elected because they are black (only morons and racial separatists use hyphenates either you're American or you're not) or a woman. Hitlery and Obama are pathetically unprepared for the job and the only idiots that are willing to vote for them are voting party, gender and race.

Why is race or gender of relevance? What, they need trophies for being the "first?" Elect somebody who makes the most sense, has the most experience, has the best ideas. Race and gender should have nothing to do with it.

I believe it has been time for a while. I am not sure if the candidates presently available are the correct ones based on qualifications.

Well, I cannot vote in your elections, but I think identity politics are stupid. Vote for whom will best represent your interests, regardless of gender, race, etc.

Ms Rice is a woman and a black and I would never vote for her, as she is no different, politically, then the moron you have in there now.
