I am told its illegal for the CIA to spy in the USA Proper. I dont agree that it is. .but if they are posing as Drs lets say, and they dont have medical licenses.. is the US govt liable for the damage and injury caused under such circumstances? I was rendered with a false mental health and medical diagnosis by someone who was later never found to have a medical license as a DR.. yet I was forced to take medication and horrible torturous treatment prescribed.. what is my rememdy and what kind of lawyer would take this serious case?

Shame on you. It is awful to make false accusations. Your lack of documentation or evidence shown makes your claims very suspicious. Crying wolf loses your credibility and make it harder for people with real injustices to get public sympathy.

Just get a regular "personal injury" lawyer. They can handle it. As for the CIA, no they cannot act without actually possessing a proper license, etc. But, they CAN operate within the US.

No. The CIA, FBI, ICE , NSA, etc. can all do anything they want as long as it is the best interest of the country.
