I could be very rich and famous....Im talking million if not billions.....I stumbled across a very famous legend find....The only problem is im not the owner of the land,there is to much to sneek and mine out...it would have to be contracted out.... and i cant buy it cause it is goverment land.......what can i do?

Go talk to an attorney who specializes in Mineral Rights. What happens is that you either purchase the mineral rights from the landowner OR you Lease the right to mine from the mineral owner. It takes an attorney who is VERY good at title examinations to do this properly. I strongly encourage you to look for attorneys who do this for a living. The Texas Bar Association has a ton of information about this. So does AR and OK.
