Horse show guy in charge of our emergency management: Criminal Negligence

Fabricating stories to get us into the Iraq war: First Degree Murder

Ignoring the "Osama wants to fly planes into our buildings" memo: Negligent Homicide

Outing the CIA agent in charge of WMD's because her husband calls you on your BS. All whilst Iran DOES build nukes: Treason

There are so many more. If these ******* get away with all of this, what are we supposed to tell our kids about the law?

I am curious if the democratic presidential candidates (and Ron Paul) believe in changing the "war" on terrorism to a police action against terrorism? By that do they intend to offer terrorist all the legal rights of US Citizens, pay for their lawyers with our tax dollars, and adjudicate their positions in US Courts? Or do they follow the "Bush Doctrine" of keeping it military and keeping them off US Soil?

If there is an accomplishment, I'd love to hear it!

They say is martial law happens the citizens need to arm themselves. Hummmm I wonder if that happened how long it would take for the army, the government to tasser and shoot each and everyone who believes arming themselves in the answer give me a break. The government brainwashes people do you not think for one minute you stand any kind of chance even with a gun? Shoot first..ask questions later would be the policy. I am not talking about America only that would also happen in Canada as well if that happened. But of course we dont have liberal gun laws.

legal immigrant from Haiti. I went through the entire long process to come here. Now that I'm a permanent resident I live here, work and pay my taxes. How about the Americans that work for cash and are on welfare? They lie to the government, and are living on my tax money that i work HARD to pay. Don't you think that's also criminal? I have lived here for couple years, I had some hard times, but it never cross my mind to go on welfare, and this valid for all my family members who have 4-5 kids. We are too proud to go on welfare. Some of us prefer to work 3 jobs. I'm sick and tired of others stealing from the government and using my tax money illegally. Your opinion?

"the plaintiff lists all property in which a spouse has legal or equitable interest which is claimed to be excluded from marital property."
I ask this because I am in the process of divorce. The page goes on to list our cars. In our settlement agreement we traded cars. that has already been done and the titles have already been changed. On this document it lists the cars under thier previous ownership. Is that correct? What does this page mean? Why have this page at all?

I like to think that im an open minded person who never judges anyone on their race, sexuality, religion etc but sometimes i think that the "correct" words we "must" now use are a little over the top! What do you think? If you agree, tell me some of the politically correct things that drive you crazy!

Lately, late at night, we've had someone come to the door, knock 4 times, and run. We're all asleep at the time it happens and by the time we're finally up, they're gone. Well they struck for the second time last night. 1:05AM. What can I do to catch them? Set up booby traps? Any ideas? Just want to scare them away.

Do they believe they can blackmail people into voting for their candidate? Do they really think they are so important they won't be missed? And when they never actually leave, do they realize it hurts their credibility?

Given the fact that less than 50% of those eligible to vote actually exercise that right, is it realistic to expect that citizens will want to become more directly involved in politics even if they have the opportunity?

My friend is on probation for discharging a firearm (he shot it in the air on the fourth of july), and possession of cocaine (cops planted a piece of crack on him, yes this is true), he was placed on probation for 18 months, but I am wondering if he can join the airforce still? What are the rules on joining the airforce on probation and with a criminal record?

I do find myself checking into Liberal claims more since I started interacting with more Liberals on this site. I have found out many things that they say are true, and many that are not. Isnt that what were supposed to be doing for one another?

They are certainly proving the Peter Principle to be a valid theory. Should the Conservatives and the Lib Dems force the issue and call for a vote of no confidence in this Government after the latest debacle involving the loss of 15million records? How would you vote?
