So what would the charges against Bill Clinton be for allowing the terrorists free entry into the country for 4 years to plan the 9/11 operation?

That's some interesting logic in coming up with those charges. Maybe you should consider a career in law.

Not a snowballs chance in hell.... He may not be smart or has any conscience, but he is protected under executive privileges.. A twisted version of executive privileges, but he is very good at twisting things in his and only his favor such as the US Constitution.. He spends more time trying to find ways around his limitations as president then he does trying to fix the problems he has created. A Sad excuse for a President but can we legally hold him responsible? No.. he made sure of that..

For the cons trying to push the blame for this sorry excuse for a president back to the clinton administration.. You are really grasping at straws this time aren't you? Blame everything bad on clinton, and take the spot light off the 8 years this man has cheated us as US citizens.. You people make me sick and refuse to take blame even when the smoking gun lands in your lap. Your only excuse is "Clinton" thats pretty sad! When the fire gets hot lets just blame Clinton... this way you have no responsibility.. Hey maybe we should blame Bush Sr for all the clinton mistakes? It seems that the bigger the crime the easier it is to get away with it; This mobs crimes are so outrageous that they'll get away with them. When Bush is up against it, he just makes believe he fired somebody.
