wat option i have to get the pay and letter..it has been 5 months i left the job

O.K. Now if you have left the job as per terms & conditions of the company the question of their not issuing you your releasing order & balance pay amounts to misconduct on their part for which they should be served with a legal notice requesting them to issue such release letter & balance pay due to you immediately to avoid any legal action against them on their risk & cost further to avoid any damages that will be claimed from them for such delay on their part for no valid reason. Hope this will make them do the necessary action & issue you release order/letter & balance pay due to you.

sorry to hear that, only i can tell is persue them call again & again. Talk about it with or infront of current employees which will degrade employers rating.
You should have given more details. Approach depends on if it is a big company or small?

If big company contact higher authority.
If they are very irritating & not listening to you write public letter(very nice & polite words but saying I am requesting release letter for last six months) & publish it in newspaper & send employer a copy of newspaper.
