Do they believe they can blackmail people into voting for their candidate? Do they really think they are so important they won't be missed? And when they never actually leave, do they realize it hurts their credibility?

Remember who you are talking about here, these are FAMOUS Liberals. They like having attention, since they are famous.

So, they go out and talk to reporters so they get to see their names in lights. They may even do it to get publicity for their new book/movie/etc.

They have no real credibility to begin with. Famous people are all in it for themselves, so its not like we should be expecting any better.

Too bad for them Canada is now run by the Conservative Party. If they want to immigrate to Canada they can get in line with everybody else, they aren't going to get any privileges just because they are American. If they start now, their applications will take about 5 years to process.

I hate to say that I see both sides doing that. My father-in-law is a staunch Republican and he swears he's moving to New Zealand if Hillary gets elected. People on both sides just get angry when their candidate doesn't get elected. Besides, in this and age candidates are villified so deeply by the other side that people actually FEAR the policies of the opposing candidates.

Haha. It's no empty threat here. I have a job interview in Ontario.

Although I'd be moving for the job, not for political reasons.

They think its funny. Personally I think it's disgusting, and unpatriotic. If we, as Americans do not agree with our government, we should not turn tail, and run. We should fight back.

The people should not be afraid of the government, the government should be afraid of it's people.
