I got a ticket las month for running a stop sign. So I went to the courthouse and paid my fees and everything and I told them I am going to take defensive driving, so that ticket will not be put on my record and will not raise my insurance. I got another ticket last weekend for speeding. I heard of this term...deffered judification. I'm not sure what exactly this is or if I can even do it while taking defensive driving. the two tickets were through two different police departments..i don't know if that changes anything

They seem to be afraid to have us free to look over their history of questions and answer. I understand not wanting people to contact you through e-mail or IM. But to me all they do when they hide their history is show that they can't stand up to observation.

This article came out some time ago in USA Today. It is a comprehensive survey of religious beliefs and political views in the U.S. The results were fascinating, and they proved what I have always thought. Who you think "Gawd" is determines your politics more than any other factor.

http://www.usatoday.com/news/religion/2006-09-11-religion-survey_x.htm

"Though 91.8% say they believe in God, a higher power or a cosmic force, they had four distinct views of God's personality and engagement in human affairs. These Four Gods — dubbed by researchers Authoritarian, Benevolent, Critical or Distant — tell more about people's social, moral and political views and personal piety than the familiar categories of Protestant/Catholic/Jew or even red state/blue state."

He gave me a ticket for speeding but on it he did not write the actual or posted speed and instead just put dashes down there? My parents want me to send it in not quilty to hopefully not get it on my record. What should I do?

I found a police file of someone that's married to someone I know. I found this criminal record on Florida's Dept. of Corrections website, therefore, I would assume this is a public file as do all criminal records. Is it illegal to share this file with anyone including his wife, their friends, their families, etc?

Thanks.

Levy, 64, a DEMOCRAT and first-term mayor, told an Atlantic City newspaper last fall that he had misrepresented his 20-year military service. Federal prosecutors are investigating whether his claims led to him receiving higher veterans' benefits than he would otherwise be due.
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/;_ylt=Aj5hYJaUtJ4N0uWkxXulOH_py6IX;_ylv=3?link=ask

Last fall, the Press of Atlantic City reported that the Vietnam veteran's claims that he was a member of the Green Berets were untrue. He apologized, but federal authorities have been looking into whether the 64-year-old Levy made that claim to increase his veterans' benefit payments.

Jacobs said in the statement that the mayor was in discussions with the U.S. Attorney's office about resolving the investigation in a "fair and expeditious" way. Levy allegedly took in about $25,000 in extra benefits payments as a result of the falsification.

I've had multiple testicular tumors for about 4 years now. I choose to smoke Marijuana to help with the pain, nausea, and stress. Last year my house was raided, cops thought I was a Meth. dealer. A little embarresed to find nothing but my personal stash of weed and a pipe.
I got 1 year probation, 40 hours community service and ordered to treatment after my evaluation. I've done none of it, and have no intentions of doing it either.
They want me to quit smoking weed and drop $350-500 a month on Pharmaceutical Medication with a laundry list of side effects, just to get the same results.
I'm a radio DJ for an active rock station here and have alot of friends and fans who really think I should just get out of Fargo without fighting the system or giving them the satisfaction of taking me down.
My court date is Monday (10/15), to decide my fate. Should I go or get going?

Seems that Rational thinking of a scientist or an atheist would be an admirable quality, especially with what we know about religion and it's dwindling likeliness.

Fact.....Jesus has no known writings...ever (although there are excerpts from the Bible where Jesus wrote as in John 8:6, yet he does not have his own journal or book in the Bible) His execution was not recorded by Pontius Pilate (whom kept detailed records of such things.) Furthermore, noone that wrote the Bible had ever actually met Jesus, most of the New Testament comes from the dreams and visions of Paul before Matthew or Mark wrote their Gospels. So with this in mind why is it that our elected officials must be Christian in order to become President?

Whatever happened to the first ammendment bill of rights guarantee of the seperation of the church and state?

Do we want a President that believes and follows what is said in Deuteronomy 13:6-10? Look it up.
