Heck no! They are not Amreican citizens so therefore they should not recieve any type of benefits at all. In fact whenever all the illgeal aliens do come over here they take away teh actual hardworking Americans benefits! This is completely wrong and Americans need to stand up for themselves against the mass of aliens that have absoultely no right to be here if they are illegal.

not on my watch! the company who hired him should be penalized (financially) though - perhaps paying his hospital bills because they were obviously looking to save a buck by supporting the hiring of illegals - then in cases like this, they need to be held responsible. Do you have any idea how much workman's compensation insurance costs? For some, It makes running a business an impossibility. Illegals only make things worse because they're not adding to the tax base - only taking from it.

No, but if an employer knowingly hires an illegal alien, he or she should be punished for doing so and pay him. Maybe then employers will think again before hiring an illegal alien. Employers checking IDs is our best defense again illegal immigration as the government can not handle it. As an employer, I have to check IDs before hiring. Of course, if fake ID is used, it should not fall back on the employer.

this is the reason the employers would desire to make damn effective the persons they hire are whom they declare they're, and are waiting to artwork interior the U. S. legally. even even with the undeniable fact that Gonzales is an unlawful alien, he became into injured on the job, so his employers owe him. i've got not got self belief they did no longer understand he became into employing somebody else's green card, or that they even bothered to make effective he became into legitimately waiting to artwork interior the U. S.. despite the case, somebody would desire to be paying the guy's wellness facility costs; a number of it is going to possibly be recovered from the ****** who threw the bottle.

No! They should be deported as soon as they apply.

Sneak into our country, steal a job, steal a SS#, get hurt on job (allegedly), and apply for compensation meant for Americans who get hurt at work? Sorry, but we owe you nothing but a trip back to where you came from.

Workman comp was set up in the first place to protect employers from lawsuits from employees injured due to bad acts on the part of the employer.

You think citizens should be restricted to collecting a few hundred dollars when employers harm them, but illegal aliens should be free to sue them for millions of dollars?

In that case, I want to revoke my citizenship so I can sue, too.

NO!!!!
He made the gamble to come here illegally, falsifying government documents to prove his work eligibility and now has an injury and wants to sue.. Common sense would state, NO, but then again, we are dealing with the idiotic Bush regime now aren't we!

This is part of the North American Union BS!!

PREPARE, A NEW REVOLUTION IS COMING!!!

WE ARE TAKING AMERICA BACK!

I'm surprised that comp would let him, a SS# that is fake or stolen should catch up to him. So if you know something I strongly suggest you report it.

This is not paid for by the government. It is insurance a company buys. So if the company has worker's comp., it is up to the insurance company to pay it. And the more claims, the more the company pays for the insurance. It does not come out of government funds.
