They seem to be afraid to have us free to look over their history of questions and answer. I understand not wanting people to contact you through e-mail or IM. But to me all they do when they hide their history is show that they can't stand up to observation.

The US Constitution gives Americans the right to privacy, but conservatives hate that.

Ever since I caught wind of the far-left extreme, whacked out libs making theirs private - I did the same and hardly ever get reported for answers I gave to questions two weeks prior.

Although being as bright as I am, I think the neocons, repubs, cons, inbred morons (you know - most people I agree with and support) report me.

Sarcasm... lol

Is this a hypothesis, conjecture or something you can actually support with data?? Or did you just click on a few "suspected liberals" icons and their histories were private??

I've noticed that and thought the same thing, until I started receiving hundreds of hate-filled emails concerning my conservative viewpoints, some even referring to my parentage.
Everyone is entitled to his own opinion of anyone else, but the block feature fixes things so that one person does not have to endure another's spewing of hatred in private.
So, if anyone has some vitriol to vomit onto me, do it here in public where all can enjoy.

i tried it for a few weeks, but maybe it has to do with the willingness of cons to go violation notice hunting.

someone went through ALL my questions/answers and reported nearly all of them for frivolous reasons.

i have never done that. i have also only blocked 2 people during my time on Y!, both of which blocked me first.

if you would like, leave yours open and i will show you what i mean.

you will also notice that the more vocal cons do the same.

Maybe because most republicans are drunks like me who joined yahoo Q&A after a good lunch and were too sozzled to notice that there is a privacy button?

I don't know but you are right....They all do set their history to private. Maybe because like all liberals, their history is pathetic.
