hey, im dominic, im in a different country, im an american citizen, bc i was born in america,(im not a citizen nor a resident of the country im living in) but i want to know if i have to pay a tourist fine in order to leave to the US, the last time i travelled was 2 years ago, so i want to know if from then to now i have to pay a fine?
and would it be expensive?

It all depends upon what the fine was for. No one can accurately predict anything for you.

No way to really know based on what you've said so far. Could be, but it depends on what country you're in, whether or not you have some legal status in that country and how long you've been out of status. You're probably better off contacting the American Citizens Services Section at the US embassy in whatever country you're in and asking them. If you're not sure how to contact them you can get to their website visa usembassy.state.gov, which contains the websites for all US embassies and consulates worldwide.

as long as you been renuing your visa your OK to leave if not then yes there well be a big fine...
