I tuned into the debate last night at a friend's house a few minutes prior to the start of the debate. Msnbc was broadcasting "humerous" youtube shorts and a brief claymation film poking fun of Larry Craig's prediciment. It looked like something from saturday night live. I don't own a tv, so, I gotta ask, is stuff this tasteless and stupid routine for political broadcasting on TV these days?

It seems so many people are. Are we becoming more like socialist everyday we allow the police to stop anyone indiscriminately for perceived violations just to check ids?

Have we become so afraid and timid that we will forego the constitution?

If I am walking and stopped by a cop (for no apparent reason, obviously drinking and driving, speeding, walking down the street with a gun is a reason) and asked for ID I don't have to give it. I have committed no crime and the constitution protects my right to anonymity. (Supreme Court already ruled so)

I would advocate that all legal or US citizen hispanics walk down the street. If you get stopped by cops refuse to give ID. If they arrest you, sue them for millions of dollars. Teach the government that it cannot violate your rights.

i am 23, i go to school (i work full time also, for my dad so it makes matters worse i guess) but i moved back in with my parents because they urged me to so that i could work full time at my dad's company and go to school full time (college, of course) and be able to save money. well, it has been a year and a half and my mom started acting wierd and to make a long story short she won't let me in the house because she says our "schedules conflict" and so i told her i would like to get my stuff because i will move out. i was unable to do my school work (i take online classes) because she locked me out of the house and my books were still in there. i am at a loss of what to do she hits me when i try to go and talk to her, she won't return my phone calls, my dad will not talk about it; but most of all i want all my stuff i worked hard for and paid for! is there anything i can do, legally or does she get to keep everything of mine? i don't even have shoes to wear right now! please help.

You have a patient who is dying. After many tests, you have determined that the cause is one of two things. Both have identified treatments, however you do not have time to do further testing to identify which is the root cause. You also do not have time to try both treatments as the condition has gotten severe.
The first treatment is the safer route, and hospital protocol. It will cause no harm if you make the wrong diagnosis, but the patient will still die because you haven't got time to administer the second treatment.
The second treatment will cure the condition if diagnosis is correct, but will speed up death if your diagnosis is wrong.
Doctor A chooses the first treatment. His diagnosis is wrong and the patient dies.
Doctor B chooses the second treatment. His diagnosis is also wrong and the patient dies.

Are either of these doctors legally responsible for the death of their patient?

In other words, will it take an Act of Congress to make Bill Clinton a "gentleman"?

Over 95% of liberal posts are somehow nitpicking every little failing or problem that might exist somewhere in this country.

How do they live like that?

So many people praise their politicians. Are you one of these people? Shouldn't you make them accountable by making sure they know that they are under your microscope?

I just read in my local newspaper a couple of days ago that either congress or the senate (can't remember which) voted to lift a ban on the military enlisting people convicted of arson and assault with a deadly weapon. I know the military is desperate to recruit more people; but do they really want people like that carrying around automatic weapons and having the freedom to possibly shoot innocent civilians.

If so what does that mean for our future and the kids future?

I mean to base our economy our Government and future and personal lives on a line of a lie?

Also what percantage of insanity does the bi-polar shft in Government cause? One day it is legal to do say A and the next A is illegal?

would britney be less qualified as a mother for custody if she suffered from any other disease / health condition ?

how can a judge order her to test or treat anything ?

let's say a person has cancer. are they forced to go for treatment ? in order to retain their parental rights.

i do not agree with what the press has shown of her mothering skills, but , the father does not seem ideal either. the fact that he has previous kids and didn't fight for custody makes me curious as to why he wants these kids. assume it must be about money or anger. what happens when he gets tired of the kids.
