The last time I seen the car was when I got the car registered in my name. Shall I report the car stolen? I don't want to make payments knowing that this guy is just avoiding me and the payment.

You have to be more specific to get any where near a correct answer. This person is obviously someone you know, and had permission to use your car. Provide more details, and I will attempt to assist you.

How can someone get parking tickets in your name? If the car is registered to you, they are your responsibility. If there is a glitch in the system and they are coming to you instead of the registered owner because you both have the same name, you need to straighten it out. Might need legal help for this

If the tickets are in your name then chances are the car is registered in your name. Report it stolen, get it back, pay the tickets because if you don't the strikes are against you, and MOVE ON!

Since the car is in your name, report it stolen. You can drop the complaint later, but perhaps you can work out a deal with him to pay those tickets.

You really should provide details, else you will get a bunch of answers from people trying to guess what it is you are asking.

Not to mention, just because you put a question mark after a statement doesn't make it a question.

then i would file a police report and tell them about the mistake and they depending on if he gets another ticket or not, will find out that it is him and arrest him for fraud.
