If Hillary is elected and Bill becomes "First Gentleman" will Congress have to confirm the title?

In other words, will it take an Act of Congress to make Bill Clinton a "gentleman"?

No. He is the same as the ones who were first ladies. It did not take any special procedures for that. Understand one thing: Hillery would be elected to get Bill back in the White House. Who do you think will run the Presidency? Why, Bill of course. Hillery really does not have the experience to be a President.

If she does win I'm sure he'll do his best to distract from her success by becoming the biggest political playboy since JFK. Think of the tabloids that will sell!

How about "First Playboy", or "Skirt-Chaser in Chief"
as alternate titles????
