My mom just got her authenticated birth certificate from NSO. actually it depends; its Pph300 if im not mistaken if youre going to apply online and if you're going to apply personally at the NSO its only Pph120

hmmm....im not sure if you need to go to DFA to get it authenticated because as far as I remember those from NSO are already authenticated.

The cost is just minimal since it is only for an authentication of a birth certificate at DFA.
