and my total was 90.25 Dollars and i had got put in a jail cell Until Someone Picked me up i now have to go two court Oct 11th What will happen i'm 14 years old will it be like the court on TV

i have been in contact with the estate agents who rent my property to me repeatably each time with a different excuse as to why they can not repair my bath taps. Each excuse clashes with the previous excuse or they make an appointment & i book time off work and no one shows. so for six months i have been filling my bath with water from the sink taps! Can i withhold my rent until repairs are made?

My husband has been paying child support for six years, $317 a month. His ex keeps threatening to take him back to court for more money, but the way she brags it seems like she and her husband make about twice as much as we do. Does anyone know if they take the spouses income into consideration in Wyoming? We haven't hired a lawyer yet, but it seems like it would be worth it just to shut her up.

i was arrested on 9/30/07 for driving with suspended license. when i was arrest my miranda right were not read is there any thing i can do about that? And also on the "Uniform traffic citation, summons and accusation," they did not have me sign that as well!

please if you think there is anyway i can get out of this reply!

Here is a detailed information.
I met this girl 1 month ago and I want her to become permanent here in the US. Im just a green card holder living in California for 4 years, will be 5 in March 2008. She's just a tourist and her tourist VISA will expire on January 2008 but somebody said she can extend it without leaving the country. Would I marry her ASAP, extend her tourist, become a US Citizen then file the petition? or Extend her tourist, Become a US citizen, marry her then file petition? Other suggestions are welcome thnx

A friend of mines was blamed for a crime when he was 13 and the case got dismissed and he was found not guilty. Now he is 17 and they are trying to bring the same case that was already dismissed- a case where he was ALREADY FOUND NOT GUILTY- back. Can they do that. Isn't that aganist the fifth amendment not to be tried twice 4 the same crime?? PLZ HELP!!!

I don't want to get into any big war arguments about what is right and what's wrong, I'm just confused about how it all started. Someone said they don't want us in their "holy land", but if we left those areas would they leave us alone? Or do they just hate us because we are powerful America???
