OK neo-cons, here is a free pass to vent...

I told Bill that it was arrogant for the Bush admin to try and ram "Democracy" down Iraq's throat. I told him it took the US over 200 years to come this far on civil rights and women's issues. He responded "You are definately a thinker".

Rada S (below) Great rant although undeserved. Please utilize your keen senses and point out where I stated America is a Democracy!

Next time read and comprehend before you rant and look foolish. LOL

time_wounds_all_heel… (below) By agreeing with Rada:
"We don't have a Democracy in America smart A**. "
Implying that I said America was a democracy is telling.

Iraq didn't ask for Bush's invasion, so that point is moot.

First I agree with Rada. You really are smart if you think that America is a democracy.
Second, you said it yourself. If it took America this long to come this far why are people like you so impatient with Iraq tying to reach that goal?

EDIT: We'll they sure were cheering when the Saddam statue came down and with their purple fingers.
Chi, I have a son who has been there and a niece there right now. I don't you to tell me how the Iraqi's feel about our presence. Thanks.

Are you sure O'Reilly didn't say "stinker"? Bush doesn't care about democracy, human rights, free or fair trade, the public health,...he uses them as talking points for his own agendas. Saddam said he didn't have a nuclear program. Bush said "Oh yes you do" and Bush invaded. North Korea said they DID have a nuclear program. Bush said "Oh no you don't" and North Korea exploded a bomb. What North Korea doesn't have is oil...Iraq does.

LOL... so many possibilities!!
-- a stinker?
-- the anti-Rush?
-- something with 'loony left' among the adjectives?
-- all the above?
-- etc., etc., etc.

Coming from O'Reilly, I would consider any or all of the above a compliment :-)

I would hope that he would still call you a thinker. From your questions and answers, I certainly think you are!

I'm surprised he let you finish your sentence. He doesn't usually allow that to happen. He's so busy butting in and being rude, I'm blown away that you were allowed the time to vent to him.

He was right. For once. :)

Oh, and now? Now he'd call you "unamerican". But hey... you don't wanna be O'Reilly's idea of "a true America"! I wouldn't wish that on anyone!
