It would seem that certain subjects are touchy and get questions deleted by the thought police here. A bit scary actually. Those same people might vote or get embedded in government some day..... so much for free speech.

desertviking_00 I am fully aware on how Y!A operates. I am also aware of how "free speech" works and what the responsibilities of public companies vs the Government are. The question I was referring to in no way violated *any* of the Y!A TOE or Guidelines. I was carping at the groups here that hypocritically scream "free speech" on the one hand, while reporting violations to Y!A on the other against anyone that dares to disagree with their world view. I also realize that is a risk that one takes posting *anything* here on Y!A. It's just that sometimes the repression is so egregious that one must bring it to the light of day... if only to find relief in venting frustration, for I also realize that it does little or no good. But, like Don Quixote, I sometimes tilt at windmills.

Naturally if you think too much...you are not a normal brainwashed puppet.
Sucks when you can't have a voice, doesn't it?

Yahoo Answers has nothing to do with free speech. Yahoo is a commercial firm which has set up this feature for the purpose of asking and answering questions. It's not a newspaper. It's not talk radio run by a governmental agency. So, the guarantees of free speech set out in the First Amendment to the Constitution have no bearing on the existence of this feature nor how the firm which owns it operates.
