someone close to me has turned on another human and went had a fight he drew a knife and stabbed the other man. the man went to hospital but is ok. the court case has come up but will go on till november. what r the kinda sentencings they can look at.. thanks

Many folks think a young tree is alive, because it is PROVING that it is growing, by a visual to those who think abortion is not killing a life. If the young tree could speak to a human about the life of a growing child, what do you think the tree might say? Please don't kill me, I am ALIVE, or what? Cells are alive, are they not? My boyfriend is stationed in germany with the army, and i want to send him an mp3 player as a surprise for his birthday, but looking on ebay, a lot of people wont post to germany because of customs? Im wondering does it apply to forces mail and if its ok to send it, id rather it was a surprise than ask him?

If somone has a german passport can they be drafted into the army? In the Vietnam war the American drafted people into the war, and seeing as that was also the case in World War II, I have heard that that hadn't been revoked. Could they draft if needed?

Have you noticed in Wal-Mart they now have Bilingual signs in Spanish and English.

At first, one would think, how convienient!! I don't have to learn English...

Yet when Jose and Maria can't speak english in school, we get a scenario where places like Los Angeles(where the average student recieves $10,000 per year/student(OVER the national average of $6500) yet kids can't speak/read/write English...and then they wind up working for...Wal-Mart, and everything comes full circle.

And with wages SO low, they qualify for foods stamps and welfare(again lowering the resonsibility of a employer to give a decent wage, dumping off that resonsibility to ALL taxpayers via paying for those food stamps/welfare/social services).

God Bless ALL the businesses(and don't forget Wal-Mart!) we see that sell out for the quick easy buck and keep people in their place.

People think I'm crazy when I say something...what do you think? Am I crazy being PO'ed seeing America going 3rd world?

The Mexico to Canada superhighway is planned to take goods shipped from China landing in Mexican ports then driven by Mexican truck drivers through the US heartland - Kansas City - to Canada. This will hurt our port workers, truck drivers and middle class. The superhighway will belong to Mexico and we will have to pay them tolls to drive on it!

Gulliani's law firm has been instrumental in forcing people in Texas and Oklahoma to "sell" land for this project. Surely we do NOT want another globalist President!

We can stop it by refusing to buy ANYTHING and EVERYTHING made in China and letting stores and companies know that we will NOT purchase any China made products. If there are no customers for China made products, there will be no reason to construct the NAFTA Superhighway.

Does anyone have any other ideas for Americans to band together and stop what many of our politicians do not have the honor or ethics to do - and preserve our great country's sovergnity?

The baby you aborted? If you aborted your baby, it would be too late, so regardless of your age, would you try to have another child to replace the one who got killed? Would you also shove aside the life of the baby you killed, while working to have another embryo?

Below is a defintion of embryo. If you believe what a dictionary says, you will then know that life was snuffed OUT when a baby is aborted.

I am a Dad who went to my sons house to pick him up for my weekend visit. The step dad met me at the door asked me why I was here and pushed me, started fighting me and then commanded his dog to attack me . the police were called and sent me to the hospital with severe injuries to my legs. The police charged me with trespassing but I have done nothing wrong except go to pick up my son. Can anyone help me and do I have a case. This was in Mesquite TX and the dog was reported and pick up by animal control.

This boggles the mind. Why dont mexicans realize that if they want to get accepted in a new country they need to sincerely "like" the country. Realize that a lot of discrimination comes form your arrogance and ignorance towards the united states. Realize that you are making americans hate ALL latinos. As a latino I find this disgusting. When my parents came to the United States to escape Fidel Castro we thanked the americans and adored their values.
