No because any plane or boat ticket you buy you have to register with your name and address and anytime someone has warrents it is in the security system as someone who is docked. and being as how the local airports and boating docks are flooded with cops now a days you would definetly be picked up as soon as you got to the airport. They might sell you the ticket but be prepared when you get there. And if they don't pick you up i'd be suprised.
