All AF pilots go through Survival School. Either at the Academy during their four years there, Or after UPT.
It is 17 days for Combat Survival and another 2 days for Water Survival.
It is at Fairchild AFB, in Spokane WA. All aircrew members attend the same course.
You go through all the ground portion of jump school and simulated jumps from a platform. No real aircraft jumps.

It is simulator for the getting out; it would be a little expensive otherwise. In the Marines it is called SERE School and all pilots, aircrew and many others go to it. Actually hard but fun though it is more fun being the hunter and guard then the hunted and captured.
