I think mild_irritant has the best response to this question. Another reason might be because the media typically does not throw its weight behind candidates whose biggest line of support are the Ron Paul cultists on Yahoo! Answers.

Ron Paul doesnt have a chance of ever seeing the White House. Why would the media waste time on someone who will never win....

Ron Paul would cut off aid to Israel and every other country for that matter. Aid to Israel and support of the occupation of Iraq and the future war with Iran are of highest importance to Zionist owner of most of the media.

Because Ron Paul doesn't have a chance in hell to be elected dog catcher let alone president. He can barely put a whole sentence together. He looks like he's on drugs most of the time. Plus nobody really likes him.

Because the media is run by republicans that would love nothing more than to have another robot in office . While he is a republican , he is also someone whom the democrats could work with . Most republicans would rather see our country divided .

For the same reason Dennis Kucinich isn't. Even though they're polar opposites on most issues, they're both as honest as they can be--especially for politicians--and neither will sell out to the status quo. The system can't let either one of them get too big or things might seriously change, and the real powers that be can't have that-- especially to a clean politician whose principles are still intact--whether it swings to the left or the right.

Because he does not pander to the media or the party leaders. He is a man who speaks honestly and follows his beliefs. Although I don't support all of his ideas, I do believe that he is the best person in the race by far.

Because he has small breasts and can't download a decent breakup song to his ipod and so he's convinced that america is a terribly corrupt country.....Oh that poor man...if only he could find some celebrity to imitate.
I think he may need to grow up....alot

Because, like every one of the times in the past that he's run, he is again showing how much of a kook he is.
Lack of media support in his case is actually helpful.
