Me too. We have a poor infant mortality rate in this nation, particularly for being an industrialized nation. Let's focus on keeping wanted babies alive in the first place before worrying about abortion.

pro choice.

no one has the right to dictate what a woman does with her body. While i dont agree with abortions being a form of birth control i dont think brining innocent life into the world will make the mother responsible. If she wasnt responsible enough to prevent the pregnancy what makes people think she will be when its born? then when its born they abuse it, neglect it or kill it. Or if she decides to give it away there still is a chance the kid will be abused. why make children risk that chance? seems cruel to me

secondly people mistake cells after conception for a baby. the truth is, all humans look like animals when they are first conceived and you cant even tell the difference. After a certain period of time it is illegal to have an abortion.

the blame is always on the mother however i dont see the men volunteering to take the baby from the mother. If women are so called murderers then what does that make the men for letting a woman kill their baby? The scrutiny on the matter should be with both mother and father. No one knows a woman's certain situation for the abortion and its not our place to judge. I wish everyone get that through their heads.

I am pro-choice, but opposed to abortion unless the child is a result of rape or incest or if the baby poses a threat to the mother's life. But my pro-choice stance gets a little iffy when a woman uses multiple abortions as her choice of birth control. I think you get one as a choice, and after that, you either qualify under the conditions above or you agree to be sterilized at the same time.

Pro choice. I feel that with the way some things are in this world, some children are better off not being born. I do feel however that people should be more selective about who they sleep with. The way people go at it with complete strangers makes abortion almost a necessity. Our planet only has so many resources.

I am pro-choice. WE cannot even take care of the unwanted children currently in out children's aid system what good would come of adding more.

Adoption isn't always the option, as to be honest with you some babies are just very difficult to adopt out. We could of course legalize gay adoption, or at least make it much easier for gay couples to adopt, however sadly the same people who are pro-life are also anti-gay so finding some of these unwanted babies a loving home with same sex parents is not an option.

I'm pro choice as well. I actually had to debate this in my junior year in college with another group of students in my polly sci class. In doing research for the debate I found that prior to the legalization of abortion women were having abortions illegally ruining their reproductive organs and dying by the thousands from botched procedures. So in essence, women will have abortions when they want to legalized or not. The reason that abortion is legal is to ensure that the procedure is sanitary and safe so no woman has to become infertile or lose her life from some unskilled practitioner in a back alley clinic or hotel room.

Abortion is bad it's obvious. Hearing people hold these unfortunate children to ransom is appauling. Abortion is violent murder and everyone knows it. Some are in denial. God said go forth and multiply - Not go forth and kill. Children continue to be killed who eventually would have become adults like you and me typing on this site right now. Jesus did say whatever we do for the 'least of these' we do for Him. My rescued cat is as small as these infants but she's treated better than these innocent human beings.

Pro Choice.
I would never have one, but I'm not everyone.

If a person doesn't like abortion, then they shouldn't have one and should leave people who do want/need them alone.

i dont think there is anything wrong with abbortion because when its a baby and you kill it, it doesnt feel any pain, but if you raise a baby that has some sort of difficulty you are hurting yourself and the whole entire life of that baby. when it grows up ppl will look at him/her in a different way, so it will defintely get hurt.
abortion is not bad in my opionion.

my friends views: i think abortion is wrong because it was your choice to have sex unless you got raped then abortion is right but it is nice to have a child and the feeling of loving something

in most places it is legal and due to the fact that some woman are litterally raped I think the choice should get to be up to them..other than that if a young woman who is practing unsafe sex with her boyfriend and still lives at home I think that those two should be held accountable for their actions and that the girl should be made to stay in school and that until they are old enough to be parents that their own parewnts should be responsible to make sure that they stay in school and take care of their baby while still living at home and
