My friend has told me it is now illegal to smoke a cigarette whilst driving and you can get a penalty ticket... similar to if you get caught using a mobile phone but without the points on your licence.

Is this true?
This is the first i have heard of it... if it is true then surely this should be advertised so people know??

OK, here goes. I need the actual translation for a Spanish word. Now I know I'[m going to get the same answer many times so I'm going to give the 10 points to the first person who answers truthfully. There will be many answers the same so please be the first and be truthful.

What is the exact translation for pendejo (sp?)

Sorry, I suck at spelling.

I thought we got it back after civil rights and Vietnam were settled. Now there are people who want to say civil rights were a mistake and we should have killed more people in Vietnam. How did these vulturous death mongers get into power AGAIN?

You know how some countries really have funky rules. So lets say we have a base in Singapore and there for some odd reason its illegal to chew chewing gum so if a soldier does it on the base can he be prosecuted by the Singaporean government?
This is just theoretical, I just wanna know if a country's unconventional rules apply on foreign military bases

I saw another question - the asker was saying he didn't vote because he didn't ever like any of the candidates.
Should there be an optional selection on the ballots to say you didn't like any of the candidates.
Maybe you could still vote, but it would be an indication that none of the candidates is your top choice.
Would this encourage more people to actually vote?
Would it send a message to our leaders and to our peers that we're not happy?

It's funny that the NEW conservative party keeps on banging on about immigration, and guess what happens-yep! The polls show a bounce. I notice that there has been more hate violence in the last week, maybe someone can explain to me, civilly, why that should be so?
