It's funny that the NEW conservative party keeps on banging on about immigration, and guess what happens-yep! The polls show a bounce. I notice that there has been more hate violence in the last week, maybe someone can explain to me, civilly, why that should be so?

I'm not sure how they have played the Race card.

Race is normally assumed to be Black Afro; Black Asian; Chinese or White.

So if the Tories say they are going to be firm with Immigration that would mean White 'New' Europeans too.

The Political Parties anyway are like an erect and lonely penis, they are 'Self Ejaculating' and go soft very quickly.

Perhaps that is why they call MP's 'Members'?.

The fringe Right Wing tend to latch on to Right Wing statements as an excuse for any action including violence.

No, it is true that the Tories have had a bounce. That's because they have finally put up something that people can relate to. I suppose you have heard about the tax changes mentioned and the health service reforms. Why don't you mention them. Is it because you are so prejudiced against anything that may improve the position of the indigenous population? You are the one playing the race card not the Conservatives, Mass immigration issues have never been about race

I think it's a question that needs to be addressed - south east England is the third most densely populated region on earth after Hong Kong and another place I can't remember. It's allright for the middle classes who don't face the problems that can develop in other areas - for instance Dagenham has experienced a large influx of immigrants and the locals have had their community disrupted and put under considerable strain in a matter of five years or so. It's not racist to say that the concerns of the white working class matter - what is prejudiced is to assume that those concerns are nothing but ignorant, knee-jerk discrimination.

No they have played the immigration card and not before time. This issue is not about race, most now entering our country are Europeans same as us. Most are Christians same as us (in background if nothing else!) This whole issue is about numbers nothing more nothing less. Our whole social system just cannot support this influx, thats not being racist just realistic. I believe that the party who will address these concerns and promises to dump the pathetic human rights act will win the majority vote. The people of this country are sick of not being listened to. I have never voted conservative in my life but I'm seriously thinking of doing so now.

No!! They have played the immigration card and it's about time, that somebody had sense enough to do this.
The UK infrastructure is already at bursting point. We are short of housing (Hence the crazy house prices, making huge ammounts of stamp duty for Gordon Brown)
The NHS is under stress, thousands of people can't find an
NHS dentist., the wait for a tonsils operation is currently 5 months, the queue for physiotherapy treatment, doesn't bear thinking about. (All of this from first hand experience during the last month.)
One final point, are you a New, New Labour Activist?
I assume that is now the title of the party, since UNELECTED
Brown, took over.

It is because while Labour and the Lib Dems jockey for position on the soft right...the Tories and the BNP are engaged in a tango on the far right.

Only Bob Crowe and the postal workers currently occupy the left.

Labour might say the Tories are playing the race card.

The Tories will say they are not.

I couldn't care less who is playing the race card, lets just shot of about two million foreigners and get our country back.

Immigration is one of those things that most people do not understand. Newspapers such as the Sun use the subject to increase sales as they know that people will read and believe any nonsense they put out about it. In fact we badly need immigrants because with out ageing population in the not to distant future we will not have enough workers to support the pensioners so we need workers to come in from other countries.
All politicians understand this but wont say so because it is a vote loser so the Conservatives will say about immigration whatever they think will gain them votes

the race card?the fact is britain is a VERY small country, it cant cope with such huge influxes of immigrants, its not being racist its being realistic. australia, canada and the U.S have very strict immigration laws and no1 says they'r in the wrong. being able to speak english and having some kind of skill that can b used to support urself should b basic requirements for coming to live here. i say close the gates and i dont care who thinks im a racist!
